How to Reschedule Your Engineer Appointment

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule an engineer appointment, you can easily do so through your online account. This guide provides a straightforward process for changing your appointment to a time that suits you better.

Login to My Account: Login online by visiting https://onestream.co.uk/myaccount

Orders: Navigate to "Orders"

Change appointment: Select "change" next to your current appointment. You will be provided with a date picker where you can select a date that works for you.

Confirmation: We'll send you an email to confirm your appointment is scheduled.


Appointment availability may vary, so we recommend rescheduling as soon as you know your plans have changed. 

Please note we're unable to re-schedule engineer appointments with less than 48 hours notice. If you're not at home when the engineer visits you will incur a missed appointment fee and you'll need to get in touch to schedule a new appointment which usually takes around 15 days.
