Do I need to tell my current provider that I’m leaving?

When switching to our broadband service, informing your current provider depends on whether we are taking over an existing service or installing a new one. 

If we're taking over an existing service, there's no need for you to inform your current provider that you're leaving.

However, if you are having a new service installed, it's important for you to get in touch with your current provider to cancel your service as soon as your Onestream broadband goes live. This will ensure a smooth transition and avoid any unnecessary complications.

If you're unsure about the process, feel free to get in touch with us for assistance. There are some providers such as Virgin Media who don't make it possible for us to take over their services. In this instance it is nessecary for us to process your order as a new installation.
