Do I need to tell my current provider that I’m leaving?

If you're moving your broadband service to us and have chosen to use One Touch Switching, there's no need to worry about contacting your current provider. We’ll take care of everything for you, from start to finish. This means we’ll let your current provider know that you're switching, and your service will transfer smoothly.

In some cases, though, the switch may not go through as expected. If this happens, or if you decide not to use One Touch Switching, you’ll need to reach out to your current provider yourself once your new services with Onestream are live.
