Will I need an engineer?
It depends on the type of installation at your property. Once we place your order and receive a response from Openreach, we’ll know if an engineer visit is needed.
If an engineer is required, we’ll let you know well in advance of your installation date.
If you can’t be at home on the scheduled date, and it’s more than 72 working hours away, you can easily reschedule the appointment in your My Account .
