Will I need an engineer?

It depends on the installation type and how you're connected at your local exchange. We'll know as soon as we place your order and get a response back from Openreach.

If an engineer is required we'll let you know well ahead of the installation date.

If you're unable to be at home on the specified date, and the date is more than 48 hours away, you have the option to reschedule the appointment. Simply visit your My Account area to reschedule the engineer appointment.
