What is minimum guaranteed speed?
When you sign up, we’ll provide you with a minimum guaranteed broadband speed. This is the lowest speed you can expect from your service.
If at any point during your contract your speed drops below the minimum guaranteed level, please contact us. Our team will work with you to fix the issue and make sure you’re getting at least the speed we promised.
