What happens on Go live day?
Before your Go Live Day
Before your service goes live, we will send you a pre-configured Onestream router that is ready to use with your broadband service.
Once your service activates, you simply need to plug in the router using the setup instructions provided.
On your Go Live Day
On the day your broadband service goes live:
• Connect your router using the setup guide provided.
• Leave the router powered on.
Your broadband service may become active at any time during your Go Live Day, and in some cases it can take until the end of the day to activate.
If your router does not connect immediately, leave it powered on and check again later.
Using your own router
If you are using your own router instead of the one supplied by Onestream, you will need your DSL credentials to connect.
These will be available in your MyAccount on your Go Live Day under the Services section.
