Cuckoo Mobile App Retirement
Overview
The Cuckoo mobile app is no longer available and has now been retired as part of our move to a new customer platform.
What does this mean?
You will no longer be able to use the Cuckoo mobile app to view or manage your account.
This change does not affect your broadband service, your package, or your contract. Your service will continue as normal.
How do I manage my account?
You can continue to manage your account through My Account, where you can:
View your account information.
Check your bills and payments.
Manage your account details.
Access support when you need it.
Do I need to do anything?
No. You do not need to take any action.
If you still have the Cuckoo mobile app installed on your device, you can safely remove it as it is no longer supported.
