How do I change my service?
You may be able to change your broadband package depending on whether you want to upgrade to a faster service or downgrade to a lower package. The options available will depend on your current contract and the services available at your address.
Upgrading your service
You can upgrade your broadband package at any time during your minimum contract term, as long as a higher-speed service is available at your address.
If faster speeds become available in your area, you may be able to move to a higher package without waiting for your current contract to end.
Please note:
- Your monthly price will change to reflect the new package.
- The upgrade may start a new minimum contract term.
Downgrading your service
Downgrading to a lower broadband package is not normally available during your minimum contract term. This is because the price of your service is agreed based on the package selected for that contract period.
Once your minimum contract term has ended, or when your contract is approaching renewal, we can review your account and discuss any lower-tier services that may be available.
