How do I move my service to a new address?

If you are moving home, we can usually transfer your broadband service to your new address. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, and at least 16 days before your moving date, so we have enough time to arrange the transfer and confirm availability at your new property.

How the process works:

1. Provide your moving details
Contact our team with your new address and moving date. We will check if Onestream broadband is available at your new property and confirm whether an engineer installation or self-install setup will be required.

2. Choose your transfer date
Let us know when you would like your current service to end at your existing address. We will then arrange for your broadband service to be activated at your new address. In many cases, your new service can be activated as soon as the next day after your previous service is disconnected.

3. Set up your broadband at your new home
Once your service is ready, you can connect your router and start using your broadband at your new property. Where required, we will send a pre-configured router to your new address.
