What happens if I move?

Yes, in most cases you can take your Onestream broadband with you when you move home.

We ask that you contact us at least 16 days before your moving date so we can check availability at your new address. However, it’s always best to let us know as soon as possible — this gives us extra time to resolve any issues or delays that might arise at your new property.

Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Tell us your moving dates

Contact us with your moving details.
We’ll confirm if Onestream is available at your new property.
We’ll also let you know whether you can self-install or if an engineer is required.
2️⃣ Choose when to switch

Let us know when you’d like your old service disconnected.
We can usually activate your new service the next day at your new address.
3️⃣ Set up your new home

Your services will go live on your chosen date.
We’ll send you a new pre-configured router directly to your new home.
👉 This way, your move can be stress-free and you’ll have broadband ready when you arrive.
