How do I cancel my services?

To cancel your broadband service, please inform us by calling 0300 3032 212.  We are unable to process cancellations on chat.
 
Please do not cancel your direct debit as this action could result in additional charges on your final invoice. It can also cause delays in processing any credits owed to you. 
 
Please note that all cancellations require a 30-day notice period.
