How does my final bill work after cancellation?

When you cancel your broadband service, a final bill will be generated after your service has fully ceased. This bill will show any remaining charges up to your cease date, as well as any credits that may be owed.

What your final bill may include
Your final bill may include several different items depending on your account and when your service ended.

Charges for your final days of service
If your service ends part way through a billing period, you will only be charged for the days your service was active up to the cease date.

This ensures you are not charged for service after it has ended.

Credit for any overpayment
Because broadband is billed monthly in advance, you may have already paid for service beyond your cease date.

If this happens, a credit will be applied to your account for the unused portion of the month.

Any credit owed will normally be returned using your original payment method where possible.

Call charges
If you have made calls that are not included in your package, or have exceeded your call allowance, these charges may appear on your final bill once they have been processed.

Early Termination Fees
If your service was cancelled before the end of your minimum contract term, Early Termination Fees may apply.

If applicable, these charges will be included on your final bill.

When will I receive my final bill?
Your final bill is usually generated after your service has fully ceased so the correct charges can be calculated.

Once your final invoice has been produced, you will be able to view it in MyAccount.
