How do I update my direct debit details?
To change your Direct Debit details, simply log into MyAccount and update your payment information.
Once logged in, navigate to the payment or billing section where you can update your Direct Debit details.
Once your new Direct Debit details have been saved, they will normally be used for your next scheduled payment.
If a payment is already in progress, the change may apply from the following billing cycle.
