Send your referral link or Onestream account reference to a friend or family member.

Your friend signs up for Onestream Broadband via your referral link, or enters your account reference during checkout.

Once your friend's broadband goes live, you'll both receive a £20 bill credit automatically applied to your accounts.
Got questions?
Any active Onestream Broadband customer whose account is not in arrears. You're free to refer as many people as you like.
Anyone who hasn't been an active Onestream customer in the last 6 months. They must sign up directly via the Onestream website — signups via comparison sites or external links won't qualify.
You have two options:
- Forward your referral link from the promotional email — your friend uses it to sign up
- Share your Onestream account reference (e.g. OS12345678) — your friend enters it during checkout
The £20 bill credits are automatically applied to both accounts once the referred customer's broadband goes live. Credits are applied against future bills and cannot be refunded.
No — refer as many people as you like. Each successful referral earns you both a £20 bill credit.
- Your account must be active and not in arrears when the credit is due
- If the referred order is cancelled or doesn't complete, the offer won't apply
