Corona Virus – Customer Support
Due to the ongoing situation with the Covid-19 pandemic and the recent reintroduction of a National Lockdown, we are currently working with a significantly reduced workforce. This coupled with the need to ensure Social Distancing in our contact centre has meant many staff have been deployed to work securely from home.
In order to be able to balance the safety and wellbeing of our staff, whilst continuing to service our customers we need to use the most efficient methods for customer contact.
Therefore, during these unprecedented times we are asking our customers to use our Live chat functionality to contact us wherever possible. Live chat is available to browsers on all main devices including desktop and mobile and is the fastest and most effective way of resolving a query with us.
For those customers who are elderly or vulnerable, if you are not able to use the Live chat functionality then please call our usual number where you will be able to request a call back.
